Part-time and/or a Transition?
I can’t afford to leave my current employment, how can I make the transition?

Aventura, FL

This individual is typical of many new licensees we have met. After passing the state exam and receiving her license, she began interviewing with several Real Estate Companies. It is only at this point that she recognized that a few brokers were telling her what she wanted to hear but most told her the truth. “She couldn’t afford to quit her job and start real estate full time” and “She would be almost guaranteed to fail if she tried it part-time, weekends and a few evenings”. She was so disappointed because she had worked very hard to get her license and wanted the opportunity to make more money and change her life. Then she heard about LIAISON from a Realtor® friend. He explained to her how she could build a traditional real estate business through the Liaison referral system. A traditional real estate business is established through developing a personal contact list and consistent prospecting. When the consulting referral business is big enough, she could quit her job and jump into an established business, “her business” and make thousands of dollars while she is doing this. IT REALLY WORKS! You will learn how in the free Liaison Training Manual!

How can I retire?
Miami, FL

Another group of licensees we have encountered fall into this category: This sales associate has worked as a Realtor® for a little more than 10 years. He wanted to go back to his original profession but didn’t know how to keep the real estate door open and continue to reap the benefits of his real estate client base. When he heard about the Liaison alternative, he was thrilled because it was the solution. His clients are happy and he can stay in contact with them as their real estate connection. Don’t wait until you have lost your valuable personal contact list. Liaison is like having a real estate retirement annuity and becomes the perfect exit strategy from your real estate career.

How can I take an extended leave or even a few years away from the demands of a full time Realtor®?
Plantation, FL

Tiffany, like many other people had a very significant event that changed her life and consequently her lifestyle. Tiffany was a licensed real estate sales associate. After her daughter was born she no longer had the time to be a full time Realtor®. The Liaison alternative allows her to generate income from the clients whom otherwise she would not have had time to help. At the same time, she is keeping her name and real estate career in the minds of her sphere of influence. Liaison is the ideal home based business for a licensee.

I am retired but wanted to keep busy and make money. Is real estate going to work for me?

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Ben, like many retirees, wanted to keep active after moving to Florida. He had always been very involved in his career and quickly became bored without a career mission, and some extra income would be nice. He thought real estate would be perfect since he knew so many people who were considering retiring to Florida. Traditional real estate is not a part-time activity. Working a few hours a day or week, when you want, will surely end in frustration and disappointment. Your customers will expect you to be available when they need you and not when you feel like working. However, as a Liaison consultant you can choose the when, where, and how. You decide when you want to work and have the enjoyment of working with the people you want to work with and the satisfaction of helping them. Working your Liaison career is really just networking with old and new friends. It is the perfect SOLUTION.
